The room is spacious with a large balcony. Everything is new and there is an outdoor swimming pool. It is located in a quiet area, though a car is necessary. They provided a free baby bed. The pool area is nice with heated water, open until late. The breakfast and service are good.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions such as Jungmun and Seogwipo. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are huge. The staff is helpful and accommodating, especially for non-Korean speakers. The breakfast offers a variety of dishes and the service is good. The pool area is family-friendly with heated water, allowing our little one to play all day. The children's play zone is clean and the hotel offers cabanas for rent. the hotel provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The food options outside of breakfast are limited, which can be a bit inconvenient.

Visited a beautiful and relaxing hotel during our city trip. Located a bit far away from the city hustle, but that was exactly what we were looking for. Staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to give us recommendations on where to go and eat. We had the one bedroom suite, which was surprisingly spacious and clean. Loved the homely and comfortable vibe of the place. Highlight was the heated outdoor pool, definitely the best pool we've ever experienced. Also, breakfast was delicious with a combination of international and local dishes. The artisanal pastries were fluffy and delightful.
There wasn't much we didn't like about this hotel during our stay. The only downside was that the ocean view was partially blocked due to construction works in front of the hotel, although we could still enjoy the view if we closed the balcony doors.

Hotel Toscana in Seogwipo is a beautifully secluded and peaceful retreat. The owner, Kim Junsu, has created a healing place with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool is one of the nicest we've seen, well-maintained and quiet. The rooms are clean and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The hotel offers a great family-friendly atmosphere with a heated pool, children's play zone, and poolside snack bar.
Can't fault the property.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a wonderful time. The pool area was great, with heated water - perfect for the chilly weather. They even allowed pool inflatables and had basketball hoops! The family-friendly environment was impressive, with a play zone that was incredibly clean. The breakfast was a standout - lots of selection on offer. Our spacious room had a pod coffee machine, powerful shower, and comfy beds. But the best part was the location, nice and handy. Couldn't have asked for a more luxurious stay!
There was only one washing machine available to share amongst all guests - not ideal for guests staying for a longer period. , we had hoped there would be free wifi available, which was not the case.

I had the most relaxing stay at a beautiful boutique hotel with stunning room decorations and a peaceful atmosphere. The pool and garden view from the terrace was simply breathtaking. The breakfast, though with the same menu every day, was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to come back and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was quite clean and offered free WiFi, which was great for staying connected. the room was quite spacious and the balcony was a good size, too.
One major drawback was that the staff didn't speak much English, so communication was a bit of a challenge. there were no restaurants on site for lunch or dinner, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is a peaceful and beautiful place, great for a solo traveler. It offers incredible comfort, a wide breakfast variety, and a warm pool with sauna. Its location may not be central, but it's close to the major attractions, and with transportation, it's easily accessible. the rooms are crisp and clean with excellent facilities, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel could improve in terms of professionalism as mentioned in one of the reviews.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel for a relaxing getaway and we were blown away by the beautiful facilities and enhanced comfort it provided. The rooms were quite spacious, with comfortable beds and a big balcony to enjoy the stunning views. Everything felt new and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with warm water even in November, and there was a spacious sauna right off the pool for extra relaxation. The hotel's location in a quiet area added to the tranquility we were seeking, although having a car would be recommended for easier access. We were also pleased to find that the hotel provided a free baby bed, which made traveling with our little one much easier.
